The P/U and next day delivery is outstanding. Use them for large linen and towels I'm no longer able to handle myself. Love the way they care for my items. On another note something happened to phone system last month and I could not reach them for 2 weeks. Finally on a Sunday got through and they made an afternoon pickup same day and back mid day Monday. Great service. I highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest laundromats I have seen in a while. The floors are clean, free drying, good pricing and plenty of seating. If I lived in Arlington again, this would be my go to. The attendant Babonnie was very helpful as well. Thanks

Only five stars because Angel, the night lady is so amazing. She's friendly, kind and very helpful. She's always so busy keeping the place clean and making sure everyone is attended to. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about a few of the day shift ladies. Came into wash and one was just sitting down talking to another lady and didn't even clean until the owner popped in. Then, she left the trash on the floor in two different spots. She never said anything to us when we came in. Not the best customer service.

They are friendly and helpful, though it gets a lil warm in there at times. I've forgotten stuff there and they helped me get it back. You can register your card in the machine to your phone number and receive a text when your laundry is done. It's a small place but suits my needs. Thank you.

It started with a basket full of despair: mismatched socks, jeans that had seen better days, and a t-shirt that may or may not have belonged to my neighbor. I wandered into O Laundry @ Sanford expecting the usual: slow spin cycles, broken change machines, and the existential dread that comes with folding fitted sheets in public. But what I found? Suds-fueled sorcery. The washers roared to life like caffeinated dragons, devouring dirt and doubts alike. Detergent danced in the drums like it was Saturday night at Studio 54. And then—the dryer. Sweet tumble-dry destiny. I loaded it up, hit “Start,” and barely had time to check my phone before it was done. I thought maybe it just looked dry. I touched it—bone dry. Warm, fluffy, like it had been hugged by a sunbeam. Either they’ve harnessed lightning in there, or a time loop is involved. Either way, I’m convinced it shaved 14 years off the lifespan of my old laundry anxiety. Final verdict: O Laundry @ Sanford is no ordinary laundromat. It’s a warp-speed wardrobe revival station. I went in with grungy duds and came out with my dignity restored and a mysteriously folded fitted sheet.

Doing laundry has never been easier! Rose was extremely helpful with our first visit she helped guide us through the card process, how to work the machines, and the services they offer! The inside is extremely clean, not crowded, this will definitely be our go-to-place for doing our laundry. We were nervous about trying a place not knowing if it was sketchy but this is amazing. We will be back! 💛

The environment is mostly peaceful and laid back. The staff are pretty nice and will help as long as you ask them. I had great first-time experience and will be coming back. Also, I wanted to recognize Rose - one of the staff members - for making my first time experience memorable. Thank you. Update: I accidentally left my wallet in the Laundry mat and someone from staff returned it to me while I was in the nearby corner store. That’s more of a reason why I’ll be returning.
